Boasting 10 years of experience in real estate sales, he is ranked among the top 1% of Realtors in South Carolina, delivering exceptional results for clients through expertise and dedication.

Guided by his Christian faith, Joaquin is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree, infusing Christian values into the core of Clay Palmetto Group. The team shares a unified vision to serve both clients and the community, committing to donate up to 51% of all net proceeds to vetted Christian organizations that advance the growth of the Lord’s kingdom.

One of the team’s key initiatives is partnering with nonprofit organizations to establish a Christian nonprofit summer school. This program is designed to equip children with essential life skills often absent from traditional education, including financial literacy, business development, entrepreneurship, and more.
